While I could give some constructive criticism for the store in general, my experience with JJ was very professional and honestly a blessing to my day! He was patient, kind, and glad to explain and answer any questions I had throughout the process of picking out a blazer. I'm afraid I'd have to agree with a couple of the other posts that some employee's seem to be more concerned with putting out products or being disconnected from the guests. So, I'd give the store a 4 but JJ a 5 star review.

I was the groom in a very expensive wedding. Me and all my groomsman had issues with our suits. I was sized at the Asheville NC Men's Warehouse and they did excellent on my sizing. I picked my suit up in Johnson City TN. The coat had a stain on it and had to be cleaned. Different people waited on me. One guy gives me the suit without the coat inside. I realized it luckily before leaving. I get home and my tie was white but very dirty looking. My shirt was very wrinkled. I had to iron it. They gave me another tie but one of my groomsman was missing his tie so he had to use it and I used one of my personal ties. All of the groomsman that picked up their suits at the Johnson City store had to be ironed. One groomsman was at the Johnson City store for almost 3 hours while they worked on his suit. Everyone who got sized at the Johnson City store had sizing issues. I had another groomsman that his tie clip was messed up. I had one groomsman that was sized and picked up his suit from the Knoxville store and had no issues. We went with Men's Warehouse thinking they were the best and most professional. We were wrong. When I returned my suit and made worker aware of issues he wasn't very pleasant and was kinda hateful. My advice don't use the Johnson City store!!!! Not happy! You can buy suits for what you can rent these for!!!
