Like everyone else has said, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I dropped my items off, it took forever for someone to come to the counter, even as they looked right at me. I understand being busy, but they didn’t even acknowledge I was there. When I picked up, the employee brought the first of my order out. It appeared to be clothes because of the way they were hung. My order was sheets and blankets. I started to say, “that’s not my order…” before she cut me off and said “I know you have blankets, I only have 2 hands”. When I told her that was rude she just walked off. It’s such a convenient location for me, but I’ll be finding somewhere else to go on from now on.

My husband and I took a dress and a suit we needed to them for a wedding. It was supposed to be ready according to receipt after 5 on Thursday in Kingsport. He went there on Friday at 10:30 to pick up. He was told it would not be ready until late in evening and our clothes were in Johnson City. We had to be in Knoxville for a wedding at 2 that day. The lady in Kingsport did her best to help us, but we had to drive 30 minutes out of our way to get clothes that they could not guarantee would have been cleaned. When we arrived my husband asked if they had been cleaned the lady shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Once we got to Knoxville we looked at the items closely and the suit was still very wrinkled. We asked for a refund since our clothes were not ready at the promised time and since we had to drive 30 minutes out to way to get them. We have not heard any response from them.

Just had 2 gowns cleaned here. Gowns came out looking great, even the one that had nasty deodorant stains and yellowing looks amazing again. Prices are a little high, but quality is good. Highly recommend for formals!

Terrible! Nothing is ever ready on-time, missing items, brand new shirts returned with broken buttons, garments with double creases, you name it! Always a problem with this Dry Cleaner! On top of that, the staff are very rude. I was a customer for years, but will never go back!
