Went there about a week ago, went to 711 for coffee while waiting for the load to dry, someone decided to throw my wet clothes on the floor i guess thats customary considering how filthy the place is, people were smoking pot inside and outside. Of course pd did nothing about it.

The good: Best car wash north of Pittsfield and the only one that has a monthly wash pass plan with unlimited washes. You can get free vacuum tokens too with the ultimate plan. The bad: It is only one bay and it takes a good 6 to 7 minutes per car to wash, so if there are several people queued up it will be a lengthy wait. This tends to happen a lot on dry days in the winter after a snowfall when lots of people want to get their cars washed. I wish Patriot Car wash would purchase and fix up that old car wash behind the now closed Shell station on Curran Highway in North Adams as none of the car washes in North Adams do as good a job or have a monthly wash plan.
