You should hire some more clerks, "ALWAYS" make sure you have at least 45 mins of your life to spare if you're planning to come to this location, it sucks. Is not a one time thing it's an all the time problem here. Unfortunately there are some transactions that require me to go in person. Never going back, I'll rather use the app or go to some other location(basically most of BOFA are temporarily close). Hope this gets fixed soon.

Cockroach stuffs out there, If I could, I would give this branch a 0 star review. I went into the bank . I have been thinking about opening an account and I decided to walk into Bank of America in Renton @Jan 27/22. They pretend the gadget won’t approve except a physical SSN card . Which is unbelievable. Even I am no longer required to have a social security variety to open a checking or financial savings account. To open a checking or financial savings account, the bank or savings union will need to verify your name, date of birth, address, and ID number. That is it. I walk out and I went the Wells Fargo near bye .

Waited 17 mins before deciding to leave. One teller and a business owner doing a million deposits. The other tell said she be right back! Ha! It seems as all the Bank of America’s are having issues with people waiting entirely too long!! There changing the way there doing business, yeah right not for the better obviously!! I’m a business owner and have a personal account as well and am seriously thinking of switching!!! Not happy!!!

Long wait times and tellers who are not concerned of what you are there for, but instead trying to up sell a new card. Customer service is a joke and I go here because it is close. I get better customer service from the ATM outside then someone actually in the branch.
