I was needing a blower heater to dry the mud on my new drywall in my garage. I went to my local branch in Renton, where I have rented many times before. Unfortunately on this occasion the manager tried to make herself look superior to the customer in front of a trainee and berated me for being disrespectful. This was due to myself approaching the said manager, when prompted, as the trainee couldn't understand my accent. Absolutely terrible customer service. After my years of customer I will no longer be taking my business there.

I just dropped in after calling them and asking if they have a powered snake. I asked for any requirements and they said CC only. I drove 25 min to get in and then to find out the person on the front desk (John is his name, so he says) is extremely rude to me right off the start for no reason and won’t rent me the root rooter because I didn’t have my driver license. I had a paper temporary format but not the plastic as I’m still waiting for it in the mail. I said I would put a full $1000 deposit for a used tool that probably costs $200 or less and he still wouldn’t do it! He was aggravated and kept on giving me grief! It’s as if he was trying really hard to give me a very bad experience. He mentioned that the owners name is “Mr Roper”. If Mr Roper reads this, please make an effort to improve! For your own business’ sake!

Quick, friendly and helpful when a friend and I rented some advisable equipment for moving a third friend's stuff. The equipment may appear used and dirty, but it is good quality that made the chore that earned us the trip easier to do.
