if i could give them no star...i would. Our garbage pickup day is Wednesday. Have had our trash out since Tuesday evening. Wednesday no pickup. I call and they tell me they have a new driver who is still operating on Tuesdays schedule but that he would get to us, never happened. Call Thursday, got a rep who basically said oh well it happens. Here we are Friday, still no pick up. Now they're not taking calls, they are sending everyone to an automated system and are ignoring emails. It's almost August. In the middle of a heatwave and have had garbage sitting in front of our house for almost 1/2 a week. DO NOT sign on w this company. They are the absolute worst and the professionalism is a negative 8!

Went to go enter the scale and because we weren’t stopped at the stop sign longer than 5 seconds the worker decided to start an argument and refused any services forcing us to leave.

Had the service for almost 3 months before I canceled. Literally, and I mean that in every sense of the word, had to call them every week to have them come pick up my recycling. After 9 weeks they started missing the trash pick up as well and that was the final straw. Called to cancel and went with waste management. Hopefully they do a better job

3 times in 2 months my trash did not get picked up. They only seem to have 1 phone rep. When I call, I always sit in the queue for at LEAST 20 mins. The first time they missed my trash, I was told they did not know why but couldn't help me. Just double it up next week. Well, my can was overflowing so I threw it all in my truck and took it to work. The next 2 times they promised me a special pick up the next day which never happened. I left the cans one more day in case they were busy. No pick up then either. It's unacceptable. After they raised the prices significantly, I assumed they would be hiring more help or something. Nope. They are the most expensive company in the area now. Not when I signed up. My bill is due Feb 1st. They can pick up my trash this coming Monday (if they show up) and I will tell them to take the cans with them. I will take my garbage to work until I find a company that is reliable.
