The Management people are very nice but be careful that you read your contract closely before you sign it. The people who try to get you to sign up are all about getting every dollar out of you. We agreed to one figure plus a dog fee and the next thing you know she puts both together so when we decide not to send the dog they refused a refund or even a credit. Then in less than a year they raise the rent 175.00 per month. Beware the contract!! It sounds really good but be careful.

This place is ridiculous!! The ADMINISTRATOR KEN does not care about these elderly. I came to see my family member and seen that he had dirty spoons by his bedside, he was never given lunch @12pm and when I walked in it was @4pm. My family member had crust along his eyes, as if his face had not been washed. When addressing the administration about this he said “ take him home, what you are asking us to do is too nit picky and we don’t even want to be bothered by him.” To ask the facility to wash his face and feed him being labeled as “Nit picky” is alarming, and what exactly are they paid to do then? The administrator had then chased me outside and asked my name completely ignoring my questions and continued to yell at me stating that he was going to report me. He then continued ignoring me as he ran off back into the building. I’ve never met any “administrator” that reacted so childishly to these questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They neglect people
