Signed up to get my child vaccinated for COVID-19. Got a confirmation email. Arrived for my appointment - no pharmacists available on the weekends. Why was I allowed to sign up? Now, I wasted 2 hours of my time driving there and waiting, and now all of the other local slots are taken. Was not the only angry parent there with a frustrated toddler. Get your act together, Walgreens.

Pharmacy never open, they don't go by their own schedule, close during the middle of the day. When you ask worker what can you do to get a prescription filled, they say " go to a different store". That's why I do everything mail-order. Use to be good, now, not so much.

The pharmacy staff is odd. Made an appointment for my covid shot many days in advance, so not sure why the tech with the gauged ears rolled his eyes when I was checking in. Huffed and puffed his way back behind the window. Then overheard him talking on his cell phone for 10 minutes complaining about how busy it has been. Yeah buddy, you and literally everywhere else.

Pharmacy techs/cashiers don't pay attention to who is in line and have been waiting forever. Keep on taking those drive thru customers even though I know they pulled up after I was standing at the register. Really annoying. Take notice of your customers! Also their prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid $5. more for the same exact box of claritin than I paid at Walmart. That's a huge difference.
