I always order the exact same thing through the app. However, at this store, half the time I get milk (gross) and half the time I get the cream I requested. There is never anyone at the counter. The place is entirely silent and empty, except my coffee I ordered through the app on the shelf. So I can't ever get it fixed. I'm surprised no one ever robs it, but I do notice there is always a cop in the parking lot checking his phone or snacking. So, in summation: ghost town, always a cop, order wrong half the time.

I have been to this location three time and their service is too slow at my each visit, an employee took more than 20 minutes to hand me the sandwich. The most shocking thing for me was I literally saw an employee taking money at drive-thru window with glove ON and was making the sandwiches without changing that same glove. Also he had only gloved left hand nothing on Right hand. It's ridiculous and pathetic. This Dunkin need more employee for providing speed of service. To maintain customer safety, employee need proper training on "Food and safety control".

I regularly go to 4 dunks in the immediate Troy ny area ordering a small frozen coffee,nothing added.. I am never sure what I am going to get. Smooth or lumpy ice, strong coffee flavor or barely there flavor,sweet no sweetness,pale or darker.there is no pattern with any of the stores. I would think there should be more uniformity.
