Their location was very easy to find. I scheduled the times for drop off and pick up on-line. They were waiting for me, showed me where to sign in and loaded my luggage. The employees were all very nice, polite and helpful. They explained everything to me, gave me a ticket/receipt and I went to the shuttle for the short ride to the airport. Prices for long term parking were fair, my car will be safe and a quick phone call will have the shuttle back to pick me up when I return. They took the worry about of finding a parking spot in one of many airport parking lots. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use them whenever I fly out.

I have been using Albany Park Ride & Fly for many years. They are efficient and always get me to my location quickly. My only complaint is that they ask you to print and present your voucher, otherwise they will "charge you more" if you don't have it printed. Since I don't have a printer, it cost me having to take a trip to my local Staples to have it printed at an outside location. In this day and age, Albany Park Ride & Fly should consider becoming automated. In this way, it removes the stress of having to print a voucher with a barcode that they scan and give back to you. However, upon my return and a 2 hour delay, it was nice to have the shuttle waiting outside and my car ready. I would recommend Albany Park Ride & Fly.

I parked my car here from 10/7-10/14/2021. While I was away, my vehicle was unlocked for 3 days and the windows were down. I have an app that sends notifications. The car must have been left in a very dusty lot, it was extremely dirty when I returned. Although I have used this parking option many times in the past, I will not be going back again.
