My riding mower wouldn't start after my best efforts, so I called Darling Small Engine. He told me he was too busy to take on a big job at the moment, but asked me what my symptoms were. He said I could probably fix it myself, and told me what I needed to do. He said if that didn't fix it, it was probably a small job, and to call him back for an appointment. I followed his instructions and the mower is starting and operating properly again. I appreciated his generosity and expertise, and would go back again with any small engine problems.
