When purchasing a vehicle, the last thing you want to feel is pressured into making a purchase. With most dealerships, they make it seem like you have to decide right then and there. My experience with Lia was nothing like this. I walked into the show room and was immediately approached by a salesperson named Mindy. She first asked me what I was looking for and what my budget was. After I told her, she showed me a bunch of options that I could test drive as well! While I was out on a test drive, she already had my trade in upraised and ready to pull the trigger if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. After saying I was ready, her and the finance representative, Trevor, walked me through exactly how the process was going to take place and followed me throughout to make sure I was okay and wasn't confused. They both gave me their personal phone numbers to call or text if I had any questions about purchasing the vehicle. Bought my Insight here about a year ago. I took it in for a free tire rotation promotion today -- except they forgot to re-attach my back left wheel. Luckily I caught the issue while pulling out of their parking lot. If I had gotten on the highway 50 yards away from the dealership and gone to work, I likely would have gotten into an accident. Lia gave me a rental while they fix this and inspect for additional damage, and were very apologetic. UPDATE: Lia is doing me right, so I've given a them a few stars back. Hopefully this can turn into a 5 next time I have to stop in.
