My coffee had to much sugar. I called and asked for a replacement to be brought to the door. Inside was closed and atleast 12 cars in the drive through. I was told she didn't have time to come to the door to exchange a coffee!!!! I'm sorry you didn't have 15 seconds to walk to the door to exchange a cup of coffee. Actually the worker told me to go to another location to exchange the coffee! Worst customer service here for sure, theyll take your money but dont care about your experience!!!!

Inconsistent quality. Sometimes it's great sometimes its really bad. I order the same thing every day and half the time i don't get what I order even when my order is repeated back to me correctly over the intercom. I normally would not care about this type of thing. I worked in fast food so I get stuff happens, but it is a significant jump in price between what I order and what is given to me. I always get the farmers wrap which is like 3 something and they give me the 1$ add on snackwraps instead.

Can't scan phone for payment.This has been an ongoing problem at this location drive through. You need to handover your phone and they take it to the store front for scanning. No resolution in sight. Nobody on site seems to know anything.

Great experience. And this location DOES offer dine-in with a counter staff that goes the extra mile to serve you well. Original description that excludes dine-in and lists 9 PM closing is outdated. They're now open till 10 for a late night coffee and light snack. 😊
