Positive: The location was good, breakfast was ok. There were a few pleasant staff. Negative: Room booked not available. Travelled 7 hours waited for room that smelled like wet dog. Room keys did not work, staff let us in with their key, staff attitude poor about key issue. Supervisor ROBERT said key issue is not his problem. Room not clean enough

Room of the hotel was big enough. They have a spacious cafeteria and gym, though I had a night stay and did a early morning checkout so haven’t used them. I hope the amenities are good.

Positive: The hotel is located close to restaurants and shopping. We had a 2-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a king bed. Both rooms had their own bathrooms, the kitchen was complete with fridge/stove/microwave. The hotel itself was clean. Negative: Our room was somewhat in need of repair. Both sets of double doors going into the bedrooms were broken and the room had the scent of old smoke. Thank goodness the windows could open.

It was a nice hotel for the price. But definitely needs updated. And the breakfast was pretty good almost every morning. The carpets is were very dirty and stained in our suite. They do not have back up generators and we were in our suite in the dark for a little bit. The suites was roomy. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice in the suites. The pool room and fire pit area was also very nice.
