Nathan came out to check my worries within minutes of my call to the Eugene office. He was very kind to me as a disabled senior! He was cheerful, and thorough. I had the peace of mind that I need by the time he finished the inspection. He went over and above the usual kind of customer service I expected. Thanks NW Natural!

Looks like all the one star reviews are mainly folks that can't or don't or don't know how to pay their bill. Might also be some climactivists railing against one of the cleanest forms of energy available by leaving a bogus bad review. We've never experienced an interruption of service.

Guy showed up with no notice saying he’s shutting off the gas. Called the number the guy gave me and spoke with a very rude lady. I told her I’m skeptical that there was 0 communication so she continued to tell me they will be shutting it off right then If i don’t provide my social security and begin a new account. The way they’re behaving is screaming scam artists. She was so nice to give me a whopping 1 hour to get it handled before they come back and shut it off. I see in the reviews they do this often. Someone has to get them to stop this type of behavior.

Had a guy show up at my house out of the blue to shut off gas. Had to call the company ( I was talking to a lady directly communicating with her supervisor) to be told that there are no payment plans for outstanding bills during covid. Guess my baby isn't gonna get a warm shower or hot meal while he's sick... No email, text or letter to let me know what was up just showed up at my door to tell me to call or no more has for me until I pay. Atleast your thug was nice
