The worst place to send your family.... the heat on the 3rd floor has been out for over a month! There's staff members who are LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! There are 2 staff members who my grandfather loves, he and his friend talks highly about a Tara and the front desk lady. Other then that nothing good about this place! I hope the state steps in soon because they need too.

The staff here was very helpful. I needed a place for my mom and had no idea where to begin. They helped me all the way. My mom has lived here for awhile now and has made really nice friends. The staff has always been very kind to me and my mom. I enjoy spending time with my mom here. My mom is more active now than she has been in years at home by herself. I attribute this to Powell Valley. They know what they are doing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care you provide for my mom.

This community has an amazing healthcare staff and the nicest lady at the front desk. The food is very good and great variety. I would highly recommend moving a loved one here. The memory care has THE best activities program and great staff!

My mother has been living in this community for over a year now. This was such a transition for my mother and my siblings and I were so worried she would not thrive. But she is! Mom is participating is activities and has become a member of the "Young at Heart" choir group. My brother and I visited her the other day and found her sitting in the activity room getting pampered while listening to old school music. The staff are amazing and they truly enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend this community!
