Love pollo Loco, however quality has gone down. I love their classic Chicken tostada salad, I always order the same thing. Now when you order, you hardly get anything, prices have increased and quality is low. Sorry…love Pollo Loco but hey it together.

Absolutely disgusting 🤢. The chicken breast meat for the pollo bowl was old. It tastes like old meat that was re-warmed up after who knows how long. It was dry and extremely sour and oily. The burrito must have been rolled by someone who hates its/her/she/he/him/they job. After I unwrapped it, everything just fell out. The guacamole was sour and tasted awful. Don’t order delivery food. You’ll get the worst service. $28 for a disgusting pollo bowl, 1 order of tortillas and a disgusting avocado burrito, service fee and delivery? I expect better quality food.

It is incredible how such a terrible customer service keep this pollo loco franchise still open, i was driving by and decided to take “drive thru service”. It is thrusday may 12th at 3:45pm Marisela and Dulce on both windows to take payment and to deliver order. They were rolling their eyes at me when ordering obviously tired of working on something that makes them feel miserable. If customer does not feel welcome then it will not comeback, im sorry for them but will take my business somewhere else.
