Brandy was incredibly rude and ignorant to me and my family. Seemed like she was above us. Also very audible from behind the counter, yelling at employees for what seem like very trivial matters. Needs new management.

There was mold on the sandwich I ordered. Was promptly given a refund so that was nice of them.

Picked up 2 cappuccinos today. Well, at least I ordered 2 cappuccinos. It was the worst experience ever! They were NOT cappuccinos!! They tasted like black coffee with some milk. What a disappointment. They started out by overcharging me. This is not the 1st time I have been ripped off by them. The manager really needs to get on top of the situation there. Or Corporate should step in.

I like this Dunkin. I find the staff to be friendly and the store to be clean, especially the windows. Not a lot of seating inside but enough so that it’s not to cramped if there are a couple people there. Plenty of parking out front. They have a drive-thu which is really convenient for raining and cold days.
