We truly enjoy this park. My kids and I come here at least 2x a week. The playground are always clean and so are the restrooms. 5 and under friendly.

Overall a good park however you do get the people who take their dogs off leash in the leashed areas of the park.

Beautiful park with something for every one! It has a large playground for kids, basketball courts, volleyball courts, a skate park, walking paths and a large dog park. There are also gazebos for picnics and larger parties. I went on a cold chilly day, but when the weather turns warmer, I know it will be packed! I know it is very popular with the dog lovers and the locals.

Yes. They are near the swings.
There are three covered pavilions next to the kids playground. You would likely need all three of them, but I've never seen large parties here. I don't think they do that kind of thing. As for food trucks there would be no place fir them usually. The main lot fills up early, and doesn't have that kind of room. This is more of a sports park, with Lots of youth games and playing families. There is also a huge off leash park in the back.
There aren't trails got biking. Just big open fields for the dogs to run and a few trails to walk.
I have brought my dog as it started to get dark, but headed back before it was completely dark, no lights, not the safest idea, your alone & paths can be hard to figure out with no light
