I know everywhere workers are short staffed. But That’s why you work with a team and get the job done. I go to this Dunkin because it’s the closest to my work. However, this Dunkin is a mess. When I get donuts, the majority of the time they’re stale. I get surprised when I get a good batch. I really think they let them sit out for days. I also feel like sometimes they don’t check to make sure the cream/milk is good. Ive gotten coffees and it made me feel sick. Another thing is, don’t say you’re “open to the public” when your customers are literally sitting outside knocking on the windows for you to open the door. I’ve just tried to go in as there were people inside and the doors were locked. The people inside couldn’t even get out. The girls say they open at 7:30. But I’ve been sitting outside since 7:30 and I stay waiting until 7:40 when someone is trying to leave. Can definitely do better.

Free coffee for the month of March 2022: Monday Wednesday and Friday before 10am! Super quick service, extremely friendly staff, and they even have a mascot! Coffee was made just right and the donuts were super fresh at 930am. Very clean inside and the bathrooms are well cleaned.

This place is a joke. How did I go from paying $2.99 for an egg and cheese croissant to $4.50 in matter of days? And they taste stale half the time! The Dunkin a mile away is only charging $3 so I might as well take my business elsewhere. Money hungry owner!

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It is very unfortunate that this location's employees do not know how to talk to customers at all and I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location to be treated respectfully. If customer service were a joke, it would be this place you would go to. Constantly being talked over and interrupted as I'm trying to place my order, asking me questions about my order that I'm about to answer if they were to just listen to what I'm trying to say. This happens almost every time I have visited this location as well as hearing the employees' conversations with each other without turning their microphone off. They'll tell you one moment as they finish their conversation amongst themselves before taking your order. Then they'll keep harboring you for what you want if you can't decide quickly enough. After which, they will almost immediately forget the entirety of your order. And if your order needs to be fixed because of a mistake they made, the attitude and rolling of the eyes is unbelievable as a customer just trying to get what I ordered. Is that too much to ask from the employees to actually do their job which is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The attitude and morale of this store is just sad. Please do something to fix this. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.
