The bread on my burger was VERY hard, & the french fries were cooked too long in oil. My drive-thru meal was horrible! Will not visit this Jack in the Box again!

The rude manager served all 6 guest waiting in lobby while my mobile order sat there getting cold. She literally just needed to hand it to me. Sad people are rude like that. The point of ordering mobile is so when you go it can be ready to be picked up. This defeats the purpose and leaves me with a cold food. I won’t go back to this location because they don’t know customer service.

I order from Doordash because it always taste better to me but recently... The lettuce on these tacos were thrown on the side and heated with the tacos. No taco sauce AND they're burnt. Idk if the employees are forgetting the timer or they don't like working late but I don't know what's going on there.

I wouldn't typically leave a review for a drive through visit, but the service from the window was superb! The service we received made me think he was a server and we were dining in at a restaurant. Food was good but that service was 👌!!
