Went to Mavis Discount Tire, Magnolia today for an oil change. Was greeted right away by Jay who took great care of me. This was absolutely the fastest oil change ever. Was literally in and out in about 20 minutes and was able to make a same day appointment. This was my first experience at any Mavis and hope the staff at other locations are as professional, helpful and friendly as Jay and the staff were at this location.

Jay and the team were fantastic. Extremely helpful answering my questions. They found tires that fit my price but also met the requirements for my car. Tires are not cheap but they certainly gave me a great deal. In addition, I was able to have four new tires changed in short order. This included alignment and balance. Thanks!!

Despite being obviously busy, the staff here were friendly, helpful and patient with my obviously flustered self. Mike and Mary checked me in and walked me through my options, repair or replace. Jason was kind enough to take a look at it right away. Bad news - had to be replaced. Good news - they were able to work with me to get it done quickly. I was very happy with the service here all around and will definitely be using them in the future.
