Not much variety and lack of much on the menu. It took 30-40 minutes just to get food (about 5-6 other people in the place) and it was NOT worth the wait. The fries felt like they were microwaved and tasted bitter and stale. The one salad that came out had almost nothing on it. Some dressing and croutons on a single stalk of lettuce. Not kidding. The burnt brisket ends weren't seasoned. Just tasted slightly sweet and bland. The pineapple lemonade was like drinking a bag of sugar with some pineapple flavor. Overall, very disappointed and dissatisfied. Leaving with an empty stomach.

Brunch was very underwhelming. I would stay away from the cream chipped brisket. They give you 4 big pieces of toast and enough sauce to barely cover 1. Totally not worth $14. Breakfast sandwich was dry and had minimal flavor, but was great compared to the chipped brisket. Service was really slow too. It took a solid 10-15 minutes of standing at the hostess stand before someone acknowledged our presence. If it was busy I wouldn't mind that, but half the tables were empty. Amazing breakfast potatoes and sausage though. Without them it probably would have only been 1 star

Brunch on Saturday, food was good, love the ambiance. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. It's byob too! We came with presecco. Ordered the spicy chicken and waffles wasn't spicy though still delicious and the brisket sandwich, would return, especially to try the infused water that caught my eye!

Korean BBQ wings, corn chowder soup were delicious. Would be nice get a delicious piece of bread with soup. Crab cake dish was good. Shrimp tacos good. Rib eye a little dry but good flavor. Did not like broccoli rabe. Waitress was awesome. Soda needs upgrading. We love soda unfortunately.

Yes!!
I have no idea, I've never been to or heard of kitchen 19, but kitchen 519 is excellent. They have a rib meat burger to absolutely die for. And their other dishes are excellent as well.
They do serve wine, I believe from "local" companies (not sure if I've ever heard of an actual vineyard in NJ). By the glass and bottle. Otherwise it's BYO.
Not sure. You are probably going to have to give them a call for that answer.
