Purchasing the car itself was extremely easy and convenient. However, since I drove the car off the lot I have had nothing but issues with it. Within days I had to take it back because of an engine issue. I then had an issue with my transmission and was told by my mechanic to have the people who I purchased the car from look at the vehicle. When I called and asked them to look at my car, the told me that they do not do that. Overall, I feel as I the car was sold with numerous preexisting issues that should not have been present upon selling the car to me.

Bought our car used in 2021 and it was a great experience - we paid cash and the sale was quick and the car is great. HOWEVER... since last October, we have had trouble with our car intermittently failing to start. Three mechanics later (two of whom recommended we bring it to a dealer because they couldn't figure out the problem - the battery was good, the starter was good - it was a mystery), we discovered that our car was fitted with a PT-3 Passtime device, designed to prevent the car from starting in the event finance payments aren't made. Unsure why this device was on our car since we paid it off before we drove it off the lot, and the car should have been inspected well enough to find the device and remove it prior to sale. (Also, since we own the car outright, there's no reason this device should have been triggered.) This was hugely inconvenient for us; we had to have the car towed, I was without my car for nearly two weeks while we were trying to figure out the problem, and since I work full-time, finding a ride to work was difficult. I ended up angering my employer by working from home for a few days toward the end. I understand that I bought a used car, and that cars break, but this is an issue we should not have had with the car to begin with since we did not finance it. The moral of this story? If you pay cash for a used car, please insist that the dealer inspect it for the presence of this device and, if the device is installed, make them remove it. (Note: they will not remove it if you have financed the car. If you finance the car, you definitely sign paperwork permitting them to install this device. But it should NOT be sold to you with this device installed if you are not financing the car.)

Michael and Scott were everything you could ask for. Great response time, honest, helpful on the lot but not once did I feel pressure. Got me a great deal and got me in and out once I made a decision. Highly recommend.
