This location is hit or miss depending on the staff. I came thru the drive thru once at 8:30 pm and ordered "breakfast" items and they said they weren't doing breakfast. Like, the national ad campaign says you do breakfast all day, its a national thing that JackITB does breakfast all day. But i guess the folks here are sorting the menu out for themselves and they'll make what they like when they like. Ive also ordered the tiny tacos once and ended up with a box of loaded curly fries. They dont check the orders before they send they thru the window. Its s total $#!+show down there. Go to kidd valley for a decent burger. Its just down the block

Worst customer service! Messed up my order! I ordered for the $7.99 combo then charged me for a regular drink of $3.29 then insisting I only order for the drink ! So I told him that I want the $7.99 combo and the dumb charged ne for $8.23 just for the sandwich itself! He doesn't seems know what he was doing! I asked for the manager and said it want there . Tried calling their number but nobody was answering. It ended me paying for more than $12 instead of just the $7.99!

Went in today to pick up a Door Dash, let them know what order I was there for then after waiting for ten minutes I went back to the counter to ask when it would be done. One woman working told me it would be another 5 minutes. I told her I had been waiting for ten minutes already and I asked what was taking so long and she I ignored me. I asked again and she said that they were still making the food and they have other orders to worry about. I let her know that I had another restaurant waiting for me to pick up another order with no response. After less than a minute the man that had been making the orders came out and handed me the order. I asked what the problem was and he said I don’t know and apologized to me. It was clear that the woman was annoyed that I asked about the order and intended to make me wait longer even though it was already done. I understand restaurants get busy and I don’t mind waiting for orders but this was completely uncalled for.

Hello. This is the visit that broke the camel's back. I know there are issues that we can expect, but this is getting ridiculous. This time we were missing a small curly fry, a sourdough grilled swiss sandwich with no bacon, and a homestyle ranch chicken club without bacon. The bacon ultimate had bacon. They did not include a receipt. I'M JUST SO MAD!!! I have all had so much trouble with every single order and I'm tired of just dealing with it. FIX THIS!!! I have been going her since 2005 and I hate how disappointed this makes me. I'm just so mad that we continue to have issues on every order.
