THE DELI STAFF IS 100% RUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .!!! I stood at the deli window for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement while the 5 staff member played & talked amongst themselves .. horrible .!! No “I’ll be right with you “, no hello , no nothing .!!! The only thing that made experience even Tolerable was the nice cashier I had named Mariellen( got her name from the bottom of my receipt ) she was so nice & pleasurable, she made me feel a little better because the rude deli workers almost ruined my day … so Bless her heart & GET BETTER DELI WORKERS OR TRAIN THEM ON BASIC SUSTOMER SERVICE ..!

Clean Acme (as opposed to Dirty Acme) has a very fresh produce selection. Its outstanding supermarket beer lineup blows away the boring choices up the road at Shoprite.

The online order system failed to tip my driver and I feel terrible. What happened was I made an online order through the app, and then edited my pending order by adding an item. I was alarmed that the confirmation page for that edit did not list of tip among the line items. So, I called customer service and they said “don’t worry it still has the tip.” My order gets delivered, and I get the final receipt in my email. Guess what, no tip went through! Poor person who climbed up my stairs to deliver my order. I called customer service back again and there’s nothing they can do about it, but they did say it is an occasional issue in the system with edited orders. Giving two stars because it’s a decent Acme.

Excellent customer service! A couple of day ago, I was confused by the self-checkout process. I know. The greatest part was that while the supervisor getting me the info I needed to feel safe, he never once gave off a "You idiot" vibe. I very much appreciated that.
