I have to put this location on blast. Let me start by saying the manager Patrick knows his stuff if he has to order your part wait. I cant express this ENOUGH WAIT I use my phone for work everyday. i found another location had my part in stock so i went there & they damaged by phone. I am now back at maple shade & Patrick is doing my repair. I have to say i went in last night in a panic jimmy handled everything for me. Customer service is off the hook these guys are true shaders this location rocks. I appreciate you all.

I brought a phone in that had cracked screen. I already had an insurance plan on which I paid the deductible, and this was the authorized repair center. I came in on a sunday, they told me they couldn't take the phone, and that I'd need to schedule an appointment for Wednesday at the earliest. This is despite their website saying that no appointment was necessary. Came back on wednesday, dropped off the phone at the designated time, and then waited. And waited. And waited. They never called, and about 2 days later, I called them and they said the phone had been done for days. No calls, no emails, nothing to indicate to me that the repairs were completed. Their technical capability is top-notch, but their customer service is severely lacking. Make sure you have a lot of patience if you have to deal with them.

Honestly one of the best phone fix places around. The customer service is fantastic. Prices are fair and all depend on what you need. I recently went in to have my camera fixed on my Samsung Note and it was pricey but I cannot live without my camera so it was well worth it. Today I stopped in to have the liquid screen saver put on my sons phone as he is always dropping his phone. Great price for the piece of mind. The staff tries to have as quick of a turn around as possible, depends on the fix and how busy they are. Obviously people are breaking their phones on a regular basis because they are always busy. They also have a selection of phone cases for purchase. Awesome store!!
