Great place to live. I feel like I have a home not an apartment with a front door and a back door. Lots of trees you feel like you live in the tree houses. I have all my plants outside with Adirondack chairs as it's always 5 o'clock Somewhere And very friendly staff members.

We moved here during the middle of the pandemic in 2020. We have a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment that is absolutely huge and full of light. We have a tree right outside both bedrooms that I'm obsessed with (probably lived in New York too long?). Especially during the pandemic we wanted a place that would feel spacious and not give us cabin fever... and this place is perfect. It's also minutes away the malls, shops, restaurants and whole foods. Perfect location. Terry and her Assistant have helped us out in so many situations, going above and beyond what they needed to do for us. I highly recommend this place, it's been an amazing home for us.

Heather and Caitlyn have been nothing but Angels here! I had a bad experience with another Morgan Property location, but I decided to try this one and couldn’t be more happier! The ladies always answered all of my questions, been there to assist and when I first moved in even checked on us!! The staff across the board are quick to respond and come if needed. It’s safe, quiet, clean and locally nearby a lot! The rent had increased more than I expected when I was presented the new proposal however, I do enjoy this place so I will renew! Great place to live

Would not recommend, I have moved around a lot for work this is the worst apartment I’ve lived in by far. Our front door handle would always break off (I’m not strong), the carpets are cheap and the staples fall out, the apartment was dirty, had to change filters ourselves at move in, tub started to peel after first shower, paint chipped off of railings just by touching them. We had leaks that took 7 months to fix. Every time we called for management was told they would leave them a note. No one ever called us back. Was told they were waiting for the roofers and nice weather... when they finally did fix the ceiling they didn’t even clean up. We came home to drywall on our floor. Had mold growing due to the leaks. Our ceiling fans and lights stopped working when we contacted management were told we were lucky we even had lights, if we wanted them fixed we had to pay for it ourselves. Apparently the people who lived there before installed them, don’t understand how that’s our fault. Only positive side is that the neighbors were nice, we all became friendly by sharing our horrible experiences.

Just another $85 that includes your heat no matter what you would turn it up down whatever I want no more than $85 you can leave it on all day water sewage for your washing machine and dryer and that's it basically
