The food here was AMAZING!!! Great soul food, great live music, great service from the employees. I got the hot honey fried chicken with the cabbage and greens mix and the mashed potatoes. It was very tasty, and that’s coming from a southern woman. I also had the Ciroc punch and that was very tasty as well. Lastly, I had the brownie for dessert and tried my friends strawberry shortcake. Both desserts were very tasty as well. I recommend this place to everyone now. You will have to make a reservation to be safe, but the experience was 100% worth it!!! The service was great and the experience was amazing!!

The place is nice, staff was friendly, live jazz band after 7, and the food was delicious. The only thing I didn't agree with is that they don't allow substitutions, if you wanted a different side than what was assigned to the dish, it was extra which is a bit unfair not knowing if a person may allergic or just simply doesn't like that specific side. Otherwise, food was very, very good.

I use to go to relish lots of times.Today I went with my mom to celebrate Mother’s Day the scenery was great as usual the band was nice but my food took almost 2 hours to come and when it did it was not all good the Mac is usually my favorite or the pasta but it smelled like spoiled milk and the pasta lacked flavor. My mom ordered the catfish where she didn’t even get to choose her sides when it came it was raw the rice had no flavor the green beans were burned I usually expect good from this place but today I was disappointed

I was recommended to this place by so many people. I decided to order take out, the way they have it set up on the site is weird because they choose the sides for you and there are no substitutions. Then we get the honey hot chicken and the sauce isn’t even on the chicken , it comes in a little packet. The mashed was disgusting, the greens were mediocre. I didn’t eat them. All I did eat was the chicken and the cornbread
