The mechanic I believe his name is Robin or at least that’s what he told me. This employee is unprofessional, rude, condescending, and a professional con artist. He talked to me for 25minutes and tried to convince me to ride around with tires which were different sizes in the front and in the back. When I came here the first time this store put the wrong size tires on my vehicle. It caused the vehicle to make noise and to become unstable. I brought it back and had to ask five times for them to fix them. They finally fixed them and Robin said I have to charge you labor and an up charge for the tires for their mistake. I eventually was refunded because they were wrong to charge me in the first place. Although the new manager Michael tried to correct the store’s wrong, the staff and mechanics do not know what they are doing and tried to play me. This store is supposed to specialize in tires but inconvenienced me by putting the wrong size tires on. The biggest concern after that, is that nasty, rude, incompetent poor excuse for an employee who refused to fix the mistake. He was so nasty. I would never go to this place again. At this point I wont go to any Firestone at all. Replace leadership, but you have to replace the dead weight (Robin). FYI: when they changed the tires the noise I complained about stop!!! When I went to pick up my keys a different person through them on the counter at me. Smh

Thanks for wasting our time. Left our service van there for a week. Asked for tires, alignment, and to have the rest of the van checked out. They never called us for the first three days. They said they could not order our replacement tires, they did not align the van or rotate the tires we had the way we asked either. They made us wait when we picked it up on Friday while they gabbed on the phone for an eternity. Then they had the balls to charge us 10.00 bucks! I said for what? You did nothing for a week. You should have paid us for having our service van off the road that long. This is the tire they can not order: Continental VANCOFOURSEASON - SIZE: 185/60R15C Or sounds like they did not feel like doing the work. I am a service provider to Auto repair shops, I deal with them all day. Any shop can buy those tires. What a disgrace! Avoid this shop at all costs.

The messed up my brake job. Went back (stupidly on my part) a second time and they messed it up a second time. Go elsewhere. Trust me. The attached image is of my drum shoes after getting them replaced at this shop. They were not installed correctly and wore down extremely fast. Had to pay to get them replaced AGAIN. Update: They put the wrong size shoe which is why they wore down so fast. I don’t know how you can mess that up on a Honda Civic which is a fairly common car. AGAIN, please go elsewhere!!!
