I went in there February 21 at around 10:40 and it was empty but yet my breaded chicken sandwich took about 20 minutes and not only that but they also forgot to add the sauce all I asked for was honey hot sauce and lettuce but she didn’t add the sauce after I asked her if she added the sauce and the whole staff was extremely rude and nasty

Lately the quality has gone down. I purchased a waffle sandwich and it was burnt....hard and nasty. Shout out to Big Mike though who always takes care of me!

Just walked in to get party packs for Black Friday for my store, which for me is stressful with everything going on, so I asked someone to help me behind the counter and happened to get a guy named John. It’s a busy time of year and the store was starting to fill up-I kinda expect to be greeted these days with not much enthusiasm, but John was so incredibly helpful and polite. He acted like it took no time out of his busy day to spend a few minutes with me and helped me order everything. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thanks John!!
