Was really disappointed. It was my first time at five guys. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with LTO and ff and shake. First lettuce was old and bitter fries were fried in what seemed like old oil and my shake was only half full. It also was expensive as hell for fast food. Probably never going back but at least staff was friendly.

Love this place. They make consistently good and fresh burgers and the stuff is always friendly. French fries were freshly cut and fried to perfectly. Received more fries than anticipated. I’d def recommend getting a medium fry. Anything more than that is excessive. Also, I like the customized drink station. Finally a place where I can get Hi-C Orange 😍

The employees wear masks, constantly wash their hands, maintain social distancing, and have protective barriers up for the cashiers. While I was ther in house pick up and dine in orders were placed on the counter when done and the employees backed up as they called the order number out.
