After failing to call in allergy prescription to Costco for over a week, during which dog scratched himself bloody, they had the audacity to charge me $100 for 20 pills, when I couldn't wait any longer. Total lack of professionalism and caring. They could have cared less what my dog was going through.

Excellent service and so appreciate how caring and informative staff is. They are very kind and let you know up front cost and informative on on all tests, medications..what your pet needs. I took my 1 year old Frenchie in for ear infection. Dr. DeLashmutt was awesome in explaining different medications and treatment for my Ruby girl. Thank you so much.

I called today to check the cost for first kitten appointment and for the procedures he will need(vaccine, microchip)to know how big my bill might be. Lady on the phone told me that she doesn't know that and doctor will discuss it with me upon arrival(with kitten). No thank you I would like to know it in advance. Later I gave a call to another clinic and they gave me the answers with no problem.
