Only open 7 hours out of the day, so literally less than a quarter of the day. Odd opening hours, so its hard to take time off to dispute a charge, and impossible on the weekends since they're completely closed on Sat/Sun. Slow service and always unavailable. Ditch these guys and join a credit union.

I had a wonderful time with Khadija Ahmed while she opened a checking account for me. She was very helpful and explained everything to me clearly. She answered all my questions and even helped me set up mobile banking and showed me how to add a digital card on my phone! She really went above and beyond and I will always remember what a great experience I had.

Long line and horrible service. Never enough cashier even when tons of people working. (20% people working as cashier the rest will just stay in the back and do nothing.) It seems like they don't care. Because after all, if you open your account there, they get a Commission base on life of your account. (Even if you moved away. and stop using their branch altogether.) My advice is, if you open the account here and don't like the service. PLEASE GO IN and close your account. Re-open it at different branch (at least 6 months later, if you decide you still want to stay with BoA.) Then perhaps they will starting to care.

Busy place, means they have alot customers. So being busy is not their fault. New teller SATWANT is great person there, she is faster then others and helpful to all, specially old and needy peoples. She work like a manager to take care everybody...
