I only have good things to say about my experience at Country Village Apartments. Chrissy is quite possibly the best Leasing Agent in the country. She is kind, sincere, personable all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Her meticulous attention to detail made short work of the lease documentation process and the transition into the unit was quick and smooth. Jen and Suzanne oversee the Property Maintenance mission and ensure everything is maintained to the highest standards. They, in addition to the outstanding maintenance staff, ensure any issues that arise are addressed quickly and in a complete and professional manner. I highly recommend Country Village Apartments for its ammenities, close proximity to the Town of Bel Air and peaceful atmosphere.

The one star is not for the apartments themselves they’re decent. The office is just terrible. Multiple times we have called about issues and they are not taken care of at all. When you call back to follow up on why it wasn’t fixed, they switch it up and make you seem like the one who doesn’t pay attention to what is said paired with a bad attitude. This also is not a maintenance issue as they are fast to respond and do a great job making things right in our experience. The sole issue is the office staff and their inadequate handling of issues.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and only have good things to say about this place. The grounds are always kept beautiful, apartments are up to date, the pool is very nice, and the office staff is wonderful. Chrissy and the other girls in the office are amazing, Chrissy always looks out for us and helps us with any service request in a timely manner. She is very nice and caring, does her job very well and is always looking to help tenants with any issues that may arise. I would (and have) recommended living here to friends and family. Thank you Chrissy and the other girls in the office!

The leasing office is a nightmare. There is one leasing agent who belongs in the hood. She is very disrespectful, obnoxious, loud and has no class. I have my own business and would never have someone like her representing my company.. It's so bad for business..Those 5 five star reviews are the leasing office and there friends..Negative reviews are very true. The apartments are ok.Neighborhood is good.
