The staff is really friendly but the food is terrible. Its disappointing because the quality of the food was so much better a couple years ago. The last 3 times there I've had general tsos twice and pepper steak. All three were terrible. The tsos was greasy and the cuts of chicken were fatty. The sauce for the pepper steak was horrible. I don't know if they are under new management or just trying to cut cost but Im staying away from the orient in Bel air for a year or so. Hopefully they improve.

Wonton soup was awful, broth was just water. Fried rice was also plain, and not worth an up charge. Steamed dumplings and crab ragoons seemed old. Dinners were ok, but pricey. Food was hot, ready fast, and service was good.

Dinner was not very good. Tasted like it had been cooked earlier in the day & just sitting under warming lights. Food was all clumped together as you can see by the photo below. I got Sesame chicken, as you see it is clumped together & was difficult to separate. The other was General Cho’s chicken & it also was all clumped together & just did not taste like it was just made. And I even left a $5 tip.
