I went to Larissa for a memorial tattoo dedicated to my sister that I had been putting off for a while, and Larissa was not only incredibly kind but she did an even better job than I could have imagined!! None of the artists speak Spanish.
We charge $150 per hour, how many hours it would take depends on the specific design. If two different artists were to design based off of your description here, you would get two different designs, with different details, that take different amounts of time. Best to find an artist whose work you like and set up a consultation so they can work with you to get the piece that's right for you.
Unfortunately we are not offering piercing services at the moment. We are in the process of seeking out a new piercer to join our ranks.
I believe they do if a parent/guardian is there and able to sign a waver, but your best bet for an answer is to call the shop. They were very polite and clean when I got both my ears and septum pierced there :)

Hard NO. Trained, professional, licensed tattooers know where to buy supplies and how to use them safely. No reputable shop would ever sell any supplies other than aftercare products to the general public.
