This place is awful. We ordered a large fry and three drinks, we had to pay over $26 just for that. There is a service fee which is 18% of your purchase, it is completely unnecessary to have. Half of the lanes are broken. The game credits are over priced, the games are either broken or are missing things. There is horrible customer service, people at the snack shack have a horrible attitude. Workers would come out with food and forgot the names of people who ordered, they need a better hiring protocol. People working at the bar drink during working hours. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time with our family here the other night! We were all very impressed with the staff, how kind and accommodating they were and how quick they were to respond to any requests we had. They truly surprised us! This was how you'd want all people you encounter in a business to treat its customers. Thank you!

I did not like how expensive it was to come here with my kids. One game including shoes is around $60. And they tell me that "You don't have to wear the shoes, but you so need to pay for them..." 🙄 Nevertheless, I give this place 4 stars. And the reason is that I appreciated the fact that I can bring my kids here without worrying about what music would be playing through the speakers or what sort of videos would be shown. I've been to bowling alleys where the atmosphere was in my opinion not very appropriate, especially for young kids. At AMF Pikesville the only screens were the ones displaying the game score with some cute animations, and there was no music playing in the background which actually made it much easier to hear each other. Thank you AMF Pikesville for making this a great place to bring my kids!

Like so many businesses, they face the challenges of being understaffed. So it took some time to start. But once that happened, they were professional, helpful and provided us with a very positive experience! We are grateful for that!
