Pretty standard Panera Fair. Tasty served efficiently. I do wish they kept the place just a little cleaner. Only one of the booths had been wiped down the rest had crumbs and other stuff all over them.

Don’t waste your time going here, they get your order wrong EVERY time. The staff is lazy and doesn’t honor customizations, they rather just make the items as they already are. Management does nothing and wants to offer gift cards just to come back to more mediocre service as they continue to get orders wrong daily. Avoid Lamek LLC at all cost any Panera Bread locations owned by this company is poorly ran and definitely do not recommend.

Horribly slow service. Placed an online order, went to pick it up, it wasn't ready, had to wait almost 30 minutes. Restaurant was not crowded, no one in line when I arrived. Workers just standing around complaining. When I asked about my order was told, by a cashier with a horrible attitude, that they were behind and no one was making to go orders! When I got to my destination, discovered they did not include silverware as requested and the bread was missing from my soup.

Do not order delivery from this location. I’ve never had a order sent correctly.. ever. Tired of paying for extra ingredients only for my order to come missing not only everything I paid extra for, but sometimes it’s even missing what it’s advertise to have. Other than customer service issue their food is good. Just DONT GET BREAKFAST here, I’ve have eggs in jail made in a microwave that tastes better than whatever they claim is eggs at this location. Coffee is very bad, stop offering unlimited sips if your location sucks at maintaining the coffee.. it’s usually always watered down and since they always forget to add the extras you pay for, the coffee comes tasting like pool water. Again don’t order delivery or breakfast at this location
