Back in December 2020 I purchased a XT2 LX46 from the Cub Cadet web site. Paid for shipping and Shoenfeld Farm and Equipment delivered the machine in 2 days. The driver told me that they had to put the battery on the charge over night and if there were any problems to call them up and they would be right out to fix it. I drove it to the back and covered it up since it was raining. The next day I went to fire it up and there was no power from the battery. I called up Shoenfeld `and was asked to remove the battery and bring it in so they could look at it. I was not in a position at the time to do that so I put the battery charger on it. after charging over night I was able to start it and got a few things done before putting it away. fast forward 2 months. I go out to start the machine and no juice in the battery. at this point I'm thinking there must be a problem with the battery and called up Shoenfeld and told them of the issue. A very unpleasant man answered the phone and told me "of course the battery is dead" "even your car battery would be dead after no use" I did not appreciate where the conversation was going so I ended our phone call. Now, I'm not a smart man but I do know that a brand new battery will hold a charge after 2 months of no use and I was not happy with the tone that the Shoenfeld representative took with me and as such will take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. Customer service is not their strong point.

I have bought a lot of equipment in my life, from a lot of different dealers, but hands down Levi was the best one to buy from by FAR! He is more than fair with pricing, very knowledgeable about his products, but not pushy AT ALL for sales. He wants to make sure you have the info you need to make an informative decision on your own when you're ready. When I needed my mower serviced that I purchased elsewhere years ago, he was on top of the repair, communicative, and great with repair bill pricing. His right hand man Andy is fantastic as well. I decided to purchase a new mower and tractor from him recently because he is a straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, and all around great guy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Anyone in the market for a mower or tractor --- go talk to Levi, you will NOT be disappointed! Support the local, family owned, honest companies!
