I bought a pre-owned Honda Civic from Gamblin. Overall I had a great experience. My sales person ilias was very friendly and professional. I live far from the dealership and they we able to do a lot of the processes via the phone and web which was very helpful. My finance experience felt a little rushed.. I think because others were waiting. But I actually preferred it that way. Sorry my review is so late!

Austin Sherbon Gary VanAuken Bart Stephenson Were professional friendly, and made the process extremely easy and comfortable. From driving up too the dealership and Austin getting me the keys to the vehicle I was interested in and getting us out the door for the test drive. To Gary tag teaming to step in when Austin was busy with other customers. Gary was very relatable and accommodating by offering drinks and my family space to eat since we were there during dinner hours. Then too Bart, with his ability to get us a better rate than what I what i already came in with to complete my purchase.
