Most uneducated techs and pharmacist I have ever encountered. I have NEVER dealt with such INCOMPETENT MORONIC staff in the pharmacy. If u want stupidity this is the place for u. I have never had an experience with any other cvs like this one. I cannot stand uneducated staff ESPECIALLY when they're the people filling your scripts. STAY AWAY!!!

The worst, most incompetent technicians ever. If it weren’t for the fact that my insurance requires me to use CVS, I would gladly use any other pharmacy. I’m a pharmacist and the lack of basic skills in this pharmacy is amazing. Every time there is a mistake or problem. More than once I have been given the wrong medicine. Once received a medication with no directions. Today I was told so come back in 30 minutes for a new prescription and when I did I was told they would have to order it. I needed it asap so I asked what other stores had it and was told that a store 30 min away had it and she could put it on hold and I would need to call the other store to tell them to fill it. I was told the other store was open until 10pm (it was 8:50pm at the time). Glad I looked up the other store info and realized they are only open until 9pm. When I went back to ask the girl if they really were only open until 9pm, she said she thought all the pharmacies were open until 10pm. Common sense- this store is lacking it. I’ve complained to the manager of the pharmacy multiple times and no changes. Fill at your own risk!

Today I gave cvs 3 stars. Then down to 2. Now I wish I could give 0. 3 times today I was told my medication would be ready. Each time they turned me away for some unknown reason

After dealing with this place three times I'm done going here. I will go to another pharmacy. The attitudes behind the pharmacy counter are terrible. I've witnessed it all three times and it is a shame it is one person. They were very terrible to get on the phone. I had to wait 3 hours for my prescription after being told it was ready. The CVS in Target is way better. The CVS target has said it was difficult for them to contact the CVS as well. I hope the manager addresses the current problem child behind the counter. This lady was not nice to about 10 different people, slamming the phone, slamming things behind the counter.
