I have never had this bad of a purchase from any taco bell. I ordered 2 Mexican pizza's that had hardly anything on them but the hard shell's!...terrible. 2 crunchwrap Supreme that had maybe a tablespoon of meat and hardly anything else. Dry and and only a quarter inch thick all wrap and nothing inside. 2 chicken chalupas which I never received. 2 seasoned beef chalupas which I received 4... They were mediocre but the only thing close to being what they were supposed to be.... Bill was $40.08 and we had to combine everything and add our own cheese to choke them down. We were returning from a 12 hour drive and live 30 minutes away or they would be seeing this order tonight at their counter. We took video if the manager would like to see...

I visit this place often as their late hours match my late classes and I can confidently say that this Taco Bell has a solid 70:30 hit rate as in 70% of the times they make the order wrong and then when you ask them to remake it they gave you an attitude and blame you for not speaking up at the drive thru. I’ve given them every benefit of the doubt and considered that they’re tired or late shift but the amount of times this has happened is unacceptable

No one at any taco bell has been so nice as the lady in drive they on Saturday February 5th 2022 at around 11ish I want to make sure she gets credit for such amazing customer service and kindness. She made my day ❤️
