The experience was great, however we were not allowed to take pictures AT ALL! The tour guide said it was not allowed, I literally couldn’t even have my phone out. I felt like discriminated, as I’ve seen people post pictures. We paid like everybody else, to not even have one picture for the memory 😖

This is a wonderful place to visit and support! They take such great care of the animals and are so knowledgeable and passionate about the wonderful work that they do. I look forward to visiting again.

Very awesome tour. We got to interact with a lot of different animals. We did the fennec fox encounter and got to feed them and set up food puzzles for them. There were a lot of animals they brought out for us to see and some to pet. You do have to set up a tour in advance and it isn't open for general admission. Basically, set up a tour and you go around with a dedicated guide that walks you through the site, tells you about the animals, and brings out more animals to see or interact with. One of the best animal interaction experiences I have ever done and the whole family enjoyed it.

Fantastic place to visit and learn why their motto is rescue, educate, and conserve. It's a fabulous and unique facility with a 5 star staff of well educated and concerned conservationists.

They have one red-tailed hawk.
Im unsure. My son interned there this summer. You'd need to ask him.
Maybe 30 minutes
The charge per person is $40 but in order to get a tour the amount must total at least $130. This means you need at least 4 people ($160) in your group.
