We ordered chicken strips. Chicken strips being plural. We got 1 chicken strip. The meat on the burgers were only enough for half the burger buns. A salad between bread is what we received. No napkins. The lady on the phone was rude, impolite and not a kind person. This was through a fundraiser and this is how we are treated.? Never ordering from Jim and Nenas. You guys have lost our business.

these people complaining about price changes recently should look at our economy every thing has doubled in price! Every place is raising prices. Staff has always been great! Been going there over 25 years only bad experience was when there pizza oven wasn't working right and it was burning half the pizza and the one person I complained to was rude about it. But is now gone.. They don't deliver is my biggest issue.

Generally friendly staff, although there's no place marked to place an order. Food was decent, but a bit skimpy on meat in the sub. Pizza was also good, although nothing special.

Jim and Nena's is always a hit in our family. However they really hit it out of the ballpark when I asked them to make this special pizza for a week after Valentines Day for a kids party! They were down! Our kids were so pleased!
