This location is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. I was recently purchased a new home located in Hillsboro Oregon. Due to the fact that it is a new construction home I was instructed to bring proof that I own the home and fill out a form. I provided the location with all the documentation required to do so including the deed to My home. I was told I needed to do this in order to get the key for my mailbox. Well I’ve been living here for two months now and the postmaster refuses to meet with me or do anything about the issue. No one at the location seems to know what they’re doing. They are currently holding my mail for me however they still manage to lose it at their location I feel like they’re probably stealing it at this point. I have informed delivery to Back this statement up. The woman that works the counter is slow to do anything and only writes down my address and name on a blank piece of paper and no form she seems to not have a clue about anything and appears to be on narcotics. I am at the point that I will be starting a lawsuit against this branch and plan on reaching out to local media. I’m sick and tired of driving here in 30 minutes every couple days just to pick up my mail. It really goes to show where my tax pair money is going and these morons don’t seem to have clue about how to do their job. I will be making a formal complaint at the Portland office and will be reaching out to my attorney at this point it’s worth the money to see them pay for their ignorance.

I hate this place so much. I wish I never have to go here. The carriers here don't read. I have a redelivery scheduled for Thursday. They decided the Saturday before is Thursday enough. Now they want me to pick up a package without leaving any address to Where it is. Thanks, I can always count on this place for my daily overdose of stress.

Wait time is always over 40 minutes to get mail. Not equipped to handle more than 5 people. Apartment complex staff should be picking it up for me because the wait time for a new mailbox is insanely ridiculous. Waste of time.

We are part of the mass groups of people who got their community box shut down. So we are forced to weekly pick up our Mail at this post office. They are NOT equipped for this kind of nonsense and take FOREVER to move through the line. Get a freaking second person on the door or someone collecting addresses in the line. Everytime I come it takes 45+ to get my Mail. This is freaking ridiculous and I’m not looking forward to the next 2-4 months of this. Oh, and I’ve got two little kids I often have to bring. Maybe I don’t even need Mail at all….
