Great experience working with "The Doctors" at this State Farm office. I was really impressed with how many languages are spoken at this office. I'm bilingual (Spanish) and was pleased that almost everyone there spoke Spanish in addition to other languages. The parking lot was full and so was their office. I had made an appointment and only had to wait a short time in their lobby. One of the agents asked if I wanted coffee or soda and when I said coffee, she asked how I like it and then she made it for me! The best part of my visit was how they explained each coverage in detail - what was covered and more importantly what was NOT covered. They helped me customize my policy so I was only paying for the coverages I needed and found discounts I didn't even know I qualified for. My previous agent (I was with them for 9 years) never took the time to invite me in for a review. I feel confident about what I have and how State Farm will be there in the event of an accident. I made another appointment to come back and meet with McGregor (the owner of the place) to have him walk me through re-financing my home and possibly adding to life insurance from work. I don't get to talk to many people about finances and insurance and it's refreshing to know that there is a local office with competent, friendly people who are willing to help you make sense of it all. I highly recommend this office if you need insurance, or banking services.
