I've only been to Rose Marie's twice now, but so far they have the best food I've found in Bloomsburg. Yes, they are a bit pricy, but typically I get 2 meals from my dinner portion. The Flatbread they serve with the olive oil on the table is fantastic. I went with my husband the first time for a special night out. And went again yesterday with my dad for father days. He got veal, and it was delicious. He was very happy for the nice atmosphere - minus the little too chilly air conditioning. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend

We were traveling & always look for a local restaurant. The hotel gave us this place. We had a delicious meal & friendly waitress Mindy. Thank you for taking care of us. The seafood lasagna was outstanding & your pizza yummy. Therese Freiburger

I was very disappointed with the service. I was traveling from out of town, and I think they noticed that. With that being said, I saw at the bar for five minutes until the server asked what I wanted. She then finally gave me a menu and didn’t even offer to get me a drink. After several more minutes, her counterpart had to take my order and get my drink for me. During this time, several other people had come in and sat at the bar and we’re being taken care of much more quickly than I was. The food was OK. Nothing special. Definitely beats Olive Garden, but that’s not saying too much. I was checked on one other time by the counterpart that ended up being my waitress. I believe her name was Nikki. But for someone sitting at the bar, I feel like it’s not that hard to check in with your customer. Finally got the check, and it took a while for me to pay and honestly I’m not sure why but it felt like I was being ignored. Very sad to have been treated that way.

A hidden gem tucked away in downtown Bloomsburg which is a MUST visit, whether you're passing through, or are a regional local. The food is incredibly delish, and the portion sizes of all entrees are "enough to feed the whole farm," so be certain to arrive there starving, and eat slow once your dishes arrive if you're expecting to clear your plates. Carissa is an outstanding server, very friendly and welcoming to all, who'll be sure to look after you and your guest, being certain that you're having no less than the greatest dining experience. Quintessential service which exceeds expectations, indeed. My guest is already asking me when I anticipate our returning there. My answer for her was, "Not long from now." Says a lot, doesn't it?
