Today's service was a joke. Yes, they were very busy but we waited for 15 minutes only to find out they lost our order entirely. They quickly made our drinks.. There were no dome lids for whip so she dumped out part of the coffee that I paid dearly for to add whip under a flat lid! The extra thick mocha chiller was not thick at all and had no chocolate or drizzle in it I have never complained about a black rock before but today was just bad bad bad customer service😡

Good coffee most of the time. I get half sweet coffees to cut down on sugar. Sometimes they don't come out right. I right it off thinking it's a newbe making it. When they get it right. It's good. You have 80% chance to get a good one.

the drive thru was quick and easy. The barista answered My question about the amount of caffeine in the FUEL and was very friendly. loved seeing smiling faces instead of masks too.

Love black rock but for some reason it seems like this store just doesn’t have it together. Please work on training your employees they could do better.

Yes. Wifi is very strong.
I really enjoy the iced Irish coffee. This is my go to coffee place. They are very consistent with their drinks and that was always the problem with the smaller coffee shops.
