Our 5-yr old ductless water heater was not working right so I made an appointment for about 10 days out, but a technician had some time open up and was able to diagnose and fix out unit within 2 hours of my service request. He also gave us advice on how to keep on top of maintenance of the unit and explained that Tri-Tech has an annual customer program for maintaining heaters and air conditioners that will lock in future service call fees and comes with several labor and parts discounts. We plan to sign up for the annual deal. Very happy with the overall experience with Tri-Tech Heating.

Tri-Tech Heating has been absolutely phenomenal to work with beginning to end. They made multiple trips from Vancouver to Beaverton to determine the best way to approach my fireplace remodel and keep my cost to a minimum. Ray was a joy to work with and is extremely responsive to phone and email which can be hard to find in the construction industry. The installers did a beautiful job with zero damage to my mantel and not a trace left behind of dust or material. They also completed the job in less time than anticipated. I cannot say enough great things about Tri-Tech other than I highly recommend and will be using for any future needs. 5 stars!
